About Our Services. P&I Construction offers Concrete Walkways, Retaining Walls, Concrete Finishing, Excavation, Patio Installation, Concrete Repair, Driveway Installation. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. P&I Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. P&I Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify P&I Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Modifications. P&I Construction may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
